Order Cancellation

Before Shipment:

  • Eligibility: Orders can only be canceled if they have not yet been processed or shipped. Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be canceled.

After Shipment:

  • Non-Cancellable: Once your order has been shipped, we are unable to process cancellations. However, you may still return the item following our return policy.

Refund Policy

Refunds are only provided under the following circumstances:

Damaged or Defective Products: If you receive a product that is damaged, torn, or defective, you may request a refund. To be eligible, you must provide a 360-degree unboxing video that clearly shows the packaging and the condition of the product as it is being opened.

Non-Refundable Issues

  • Size and Fit Issues: We do not offer refunds for products due to size or fit issues. We encourage you to refer to our detailed size guide before making a purchase.
  • Color and Fabric Variation: Minor color variations or differences in fabric feel are not eligible for refunds, as these can vary slightly due to monitor settings and photography.

Eligibility Criteria

  • To be eligible for a refund, you must provide a clear, uninterrupted 360-degree unboxing video of the product. This video must be taken in a single shot, from the moment the package is opened to the complete inspection of the product.

How to Request a Refund

  • If you meet the eligibility criteria, please contact our customer service within 48 hours of receiving the product. Include your order number, the unboxing video, and a description of the issue.

Processing Time

  • Once your refund request is approved, we will process your refund within 7-10 business days. The refund will be credited to your original method of payment.

Exchanges
