Exchange Policy for Dhaaga Fabs
At Dhaaga Fabs, we are committed to ensuring that you are completely satisfied with your purchase. If an exchange is needed, we’re here to assist you. Please carefully review our exchange policy below.
1. Eligibility Criteria for Exchange
Exchanges are allowed under the following conditions:

Size and Fit Issues: If the product does not fit as expected, you can exchange it for a different size or a different product of equal or higher value from our collection.

Fabric Quality: If you are not satisfied with the fabric quality, you may exchange the product for another item of your choice, provided it is of equal or higher value than your original purchase.

Discounted Items: Please note that items purchased on discount or during sale events are final and cannot be returned or exchanged.
2. Non-Exchangeable Issues

Color Variations: Minor color variations due to screen settings or lighting differences are not eligible for exchanges.

Custom or Altered Products: Items that have been customized or altered to meet personal preferences cannot be exchanged.
3. How to Request an Exchange
- To initiate an exchange, please contact our customer service within 7 days of receiving your order. Provide your order number, details of the item you wish to exchange, and the reason for the exchange.
4. Exchange Process
- Once your exchange request is approved, we will guide you through the return process. The new item will be shipped to you once the original item is received and inspected.
5. Shipping Costs
- For exchanges due to size or fabric quality issues, Dhaaga Fabs will cover the shipping cost for the first exchange (maximum 70 Rs). Any subsequent exchanges will incur shipping charges, which will be the customer’s responsibility.
6. Condition of Returned Items
- Items returned for exchange must be in their original condition, with all tags intact, unused, and unwashed. Products that do not meet these criteria will not be accepted for exchange.
7. Processing Time
- Once we receive and inspect the returned item, your exchange will be processed within 5-7 business days. If the new item is of higher value, the price difference must be paid before shipment.
